Refund policy
As these products are custom print on demand orders, we cannot accept returns apart from stated 14 day cool off period from European Union as per law (see section). So please use the size guidance on the product pages and measure to ensure the product fits correctly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via our contact page immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can send a report to our fulfilment centre for review. Free replacements for damaged, defective, or misprinted items reported within 14 days of receipt.
Please ensure when getting in contact with us that send us clear photos of the defective/damaged or wrong item for us to forward onto the fulfilment centre to review. If the fulfilment centre accepts this, they will automatically send your replacement out free of charge and we will update you regarding this.
Please do not return before getting in contact with us first as it will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We don't accept exchanges unless you have received a faulty product or you have been sent the wrong size. See damages and issues section above for more information.
European Union - 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please get in contact via our contact page so we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
Refunds will only be provided if your order is cancelled, once your return package has been sent to our return address or if you have not received your order. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
