Shipping policy
The fulfilment centre we use has a global shipping, focusing on UK-based, fully tracked services (Royal mail, EVRI, DPD) and international delivery with most items dispatched within a 3 day turnaround.
All shipped based on weight.
- Caps weight 200g
- T-shirts weight 100g
UK Orders
Orders within the UK take generally 1-5 days post dispatch.
Please allow up to 10 working days for UK orders to arrive before getting in contact with us.
International orders
Orders beyond the UK vary depending on where they are getting sent to. For example, it could take up to 6 - 21 days post dispatch. Please allow up to 30 days for international orders to arrive before getting in contact with us regarding your order.
For EU orders: It is your responsibility to pay any duty / customs / handling fees etc when your parcel reaches your county. Please check your countries policy prior placing an order.
Please note: EU Member States have agreed to abolish the EUR 150 customs duty exemption for the import of small parcels into the EU as of 1 July 2026. From 1st July 2026, a €3 flat customs duty for low-value business-to-consumer (B2C) parcels into the EU will occur.
From November 2026, the french €2 handling fee is expected to be replaced by a proposed EU-wide €2 customs handling fee.
For US orders: Duties and tariffs have been calculated within your order already, so there will be no further surprise fees when it crosses the pond.
Your order will be under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) via our partnered fulfilment centre.
This means:
- You will have fast and undisrupted delivery as you wont face surprise customer bills or delays at the boarder.
- Customs is paid directly from the fulfilment centre to the courier partners, so it doesn't delay getting to you.
For Canada Orders: Depending on the total cost of your order, it is your responsibility to pay any duty / customs / handling fees etc when your parcel reaches your county.

Incorrect or delivery failures
If an order is returned to our fulfilment centre due to a delivery failure, we will get in contact you to arrange redelivery, but you will be responsible for new shipping costs.
Missing Parcels
Replacements can be issued after 10 working days for the UK and 28 days for international orders, provided they are reported within 60 days of dispatch.
Returns are not accepted unless items are faulty or part of the EU 14 day cooldown perid, as products are printed to order. Please view our Returns and refund policy for more information.
